About Me

I’m Rosana Inacio, a Project Manager with experience working on software and hardware development projects. This space is where I share how I think about project work, complexity, and decision-making in real environments.

PM Insights is a personal blog created to document reflections, lessons learned, and practical observations from day-to-day project management. The focus is on clarity, structure, and understanding what actually helps projects move forward.

What I Do
